My Entire Physical TBR | 2024 Edition

Hey hi hello friends, and happy new year!

This is probably my favorite blog post that I make: I go through my shelves and pick out every book on my physical TBR.

Now, according to Goodreads, there are 88 books on my "own TBR" shelf. But I won't be including the manga in this post just because we would be here forever. So excluding my unread manga, I have 55 books on my TBR. I think that's pretty reasonable, considering I own nearly 600 books. I always want to keep my TBR around 50 (or below) because having more stresses me out.

Another thing I thought would be interesting to mention: of the 55 books, 37 of them were purchased last year. I don't know if you would consider this a good thing or not, but I think it's an improvement since one of my goals last year was to decrease my TBR (as of Jan 2023), and I definitely accomplished that. The total number might not have changed very much, but the books mentioned varied widely. I will also point out the 18 books that have been transferred over from last year's TBR.

I will go alphabetically by author, and I will do my best to separate between standalones and series.

Alright, let's get into the books!

==========

Okay, that's all of my physical TBR! I know I said last year that there were some books on this list that definitely should not be here...but let's be real, 2023 was a pretty shitty year, and I need that slack. We never know how the year is going to go when we make goals and plans.

Anyway, next time I'll be talking about my 2024 goals, and I think they're slightly less ambitious than last year's.

See you there!
