Happy Valentine's Day! | Reading (and Life) Update 2.14.21

Hey hi hello friends, and welcome back to my blog! 

Happy Valentine's Day, all! I've said it before, but V-Day isn't really something I hold in high regard, and this year is no different. My partner is in Idaho so I can't see him, so really there's no point in celebrating? 

I'm celebrating with a To All The Boys movie marathon and a chocolate bar I got from the store earlier today. I can quote the first movie, I've watched it so many times, but I've only watched the second movie once (because it was decidedly worse than the first) and the third movie came out on Friday. I'm excited to see how they end the series! 

Earlier today, I actually went to pick out my new puppy! I still have two weeks until I can bring her home, but I spent about an hour with her today and I can't wait until I can have all day with her. She's a black-and-white goldendoodle puppy. I'm naming her Mochi. 

As far as reading goes, I'm still struggling with Anna Karenina and The Name of the Rose. Slowly but surely I will finish these books! I've picked up a few other books this month and flown through them all, however. Currently I'm reading The Crow Rider by Kalyn Josephson, the sequel to The Storm Crow. 

Okay, I know this is short but it's all I have for you today. It's been a slow week.
